Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze qualitatively descriptively in finding the role of teachers in planning, implementing and evaluating activities in the elementary school teacher learning community in Cukuh Blak District. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with observation and interview approaches. Research data collection uses observation sheets, documentation and interview guidelines. The subject of this study is a member of the elementary school teacher learning community in Cukuh Blak District. The data analysis technique uses the interpretation of interview results. The results of the study show that the role of teachers in planning activities in the learning community is able to make learning plans and literacy activities together in the learning community. The role of teachers in carrying out activities as planned is able to carry out interesting learning activities, use learning media in schools, and collaborate together. The role of teachers in evaluating activities by reflecting on activities that have been good will be continued and activities that have not been good will be improved. Based on the findings of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of teachers in the learning community of elementary school teachers in Cukuh Balak District has been running optimally.
