Abstract
This study aims to analyze the management of education financing in the Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung Islamic Boarding School. Effective and efficient management of education financing is very important in supporting the continuity and quality of education in Islamic educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with pesantren managers, administrative staff, and several students, as well as direct observation in the pesantren environment. The results of the study show that the Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School implements various sources of financing, such as private funds from the pesantren, donations from students' parents, and the participation of the surrounding community. However, there are still challenges in financing management that include limited funds, suboptimal financial planning, and dependence on external donations. This study suggests the need to strengthen a more transparent and accountable financial planning and management system, as well as diversify financing sources to support the sustainability of quality education.
