Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Management of the Al-Qur'an Hafidz Program at the Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Kotaagung Tanggamus. The main focus of this research is on planning, implementation, evaluation and challenges faced in running the Al-Qur'an Hafidz program.  The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that program planning involves preparing a curriculum based on memorization targets, forming a competent teaching team, and setting an intensive schedule. The program is implemented through the methods of talaqqi, muraja'ah and routine motivation. Program evaluation is carried out periodically through rote exams and monitoring the development of students. The challenges faced include differences in student abilities, limited facilities, and the need for further training for teachers. Overall, the Management of the Al-Qur'an Hafidz Program at the Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has been going well, but needs strengthening in the aspects of learning resources and innovation. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for other Islamic boarding school managers who want to develop similar programs.
