Abstract
This study aims to implement digital-based learning media in the introduction of hijaiyah letters and daily prayers as the basis for learning Islamic Religious Education at MIS Al Fajar Pringsewu. Digital learning media was chosen because of its ability to increase students' interest in learning, enrich teaching materials, and support the achievement of expected basic competencies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and developed using the waterfall method. The results of the study showed that the use of digital learning media was able to increase student involvement in the learning process, accelerate their understanding of hijaiyah letters, and motivate students to memorize and understand daily prayers better. However, several challenges were found, such as limited technological facilities and the need for teacher training in utilizing digital media optimally. This study concludes that the integration of digital-based learning media has great potential to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at the elementary level if supported by adequate facilities and training.
