Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of teachers' pedagogical competence and achievement motivation on the quality culture of education at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo. Using a descriptive quantitative approach involving 60 teachers as respondents, the results of linear regression analysis show that pedagogical competence does not have a positive effect on the quality culture of education. However, achievement motivation has a positive effect, with a contribution of 8.2%. Together, these factors do not significantly influence the quality culture of education, contributing a total of 8.9%. The regression equation is Y = 99.448 – 0.092 X1 + 0.316 X2.
