Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of visionary leadership by the school principal in improving educational quality at SDN 1 Banding Agung. The background of this research highlights the importance of visionary leadership in addressing educational challenges in rural schools in the modern era. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collection techniques including observations, interviews, documentation, and document analysis. The research involved the principal, teachers, students, and administrative staff as subjects. The results indicate that visionary leadership significantly impacts teacher motivation, resource management, and parent-community involvement in school activities. The study concludes that visionary leadership can be an effective strategy for improving educational quality through a clear vision, innovation in learning processes, and efficient management. Recommendations include continuous training for school principals and teachers, as well as the development of educational infrastructure.
