Digital learning media was chosen because of its ability to increase students' interest in learning, enrich teaching materials, and support the achievement of expected basic competencies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and developed using the waterfall method. The results of the study showed that the use of digital learning media was able to increase student involvement in the learning process, accelerate their understanding of hijaiyah letters, and motivate students to memorize and understand daily prayers better. However, several challenges were found, such as limited technological facilities and the need for teacher training in utilizing digital media optimally. A mobile web-based academic information system is an urgent need in the world of education to improve the efficiency of data management and academic services. With the EAP model, this study maps business, data, application, and technology needs to ensure the development of an integrated system that is oriented to organizational needs. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of this system. The results of the study indicate that the main strengths lie in the ease of accessibility and efficiency of data management, while weaknesses include limited human resources in understanding new technologies. Opportunities include the development of digital technology and the need for flexible academic services, while threats come from data security challenges and resistance to technological change. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of a more effective mobile web-based academic information system implementation strategy that is in accordance with the needs of educational organizations. Transparency, on the other hand, relates to the openness of information and decision-making processes in schools, which allows active participation and better understanding from all relevant parties. In this research, the aim is to explore challenges, opportunities, in an effort to increase accountability and transparency through educational management at the Melati State (PAUD) school. The type of research in this research is qualitative research, namely case description, collecting data by using observation techniques, interviews and direct practice. The research results show that Melati State PAUD schools face a number of challenges, including limited resources, a lack of understanding of the concepts of accountability and transparency, and a lack of adequate guidance and support. However, there are significant opportunities for improvement, such as increasing awareness and education, collaboration with stakeholders, use of information technology, and development of teaching staff skills. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of evaluation and continuous improvement in efforts to increase accountability and transparency in Melati State PAUD schools. The P3K program offers a more stable employment status and better welfare for honorary teachers, but this program does not cover private schools such as SMPIT Cahaya Robbani. However, this program still influences teacher interest in private schools, which can have an impact on staffing stability and the quality of education in these schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals and administrative staff. The research results show that teacher interest in the first aid program is low due to injustice in the implementation of the program which only applies in state schools. Teachers at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani show high job satisfaction, which is driven by achieving learning targets, paying attention to spiritual development, and building student character. Despite this, administrative challenges remain. Job security at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani is perceived to be quite safe with good cooperation and commitment to institutional development. Career development at this school is also seen as positive. Even though the P3K program exists, teachers at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani continue to survive thanks to effective management in maintaining educational orientation, unity, comfort and welfare of teachers, including through salary increases. From the principal's perspective, the P3K program is seen as positive in improving the welfare of honorary teachers, although there are concerns about the shift in teacher interest from private schools to P3K. The challenge of retaining quality teachers is faced with strategies to increase teacher welfare and commitment. The quality of education at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani is maintained through an efficient recruitment and replacement system and ongoing professional development programs. The research method uses qualitative and literature studies through interviews, reading journals and other writings. The results of this study show that: (1) planning has been carried out by creating a character education program with all the resources and efforts made in various ways or learning methods;(2) the implementation is in accordance with the madrasah vision and mission in which the implementation of character education for Mts Hasanah Fathimiyah also organizes quality education and develops students' potential through extracurricular activities;(3) evaluate the management of student character education to carry out regular supervision, monitoring and evaluation and carry out analysis together to find solutions that will be applied to further character education. This study uses library research, also known as the library research method. The library study method is an approach in which the search for reference sources or data is carried out using written works as reference sources. The choice of this method in compiling the study is because the focus is not on statistical data or numbers, but rather is more oriented towards texts containing theories, concepts, or thoughts from various experts in the form of journals, books. Learning Design and learning models always change according to the times and changes in social transformation because time always moves forward. However, the nature and existence of learning cannot be separated from students, teachers and their context. In principle, learning is a process of interaction between students and teachers and the entire context of the existence and life of students and teachers. Learning is also a process that is directed so that learning outcomes can be achieved as well as a behavioral process obtained through various learning experiences. That is why it is important for a teacher to prepare everything related to the learning that will be carried out for students. The preparation starts from the Learning Plan or Design, Learning Models to Learning Evaluation. The substance of all of that is what and how to direct students in the learning and teaching process so that students will be active, enjoyable, and meaningful when learning.
