IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DIGITAL PENGENALAN HURUF HIJAIYAH DAN DOA HARIAN SEBAGAI DASAR PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI MIS AL FAJAR PRINGSEWU

This study aims to implement digital-based learning media in the introduction of hijaiyah letters and daily prayers as the basis for learning Islamic Religious Education at MIS Al Fajar Pringsewu. Digital learning media was chosen because of its ability to increase students' interest in learning, enrich teaching materials, and support the achievement of expected basic competencies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and developed using the waterfall method. The results of the study showed that the use of digital learning media was able to increase student involvement in the learning process, accelerate their understanding of hijaiyah letters, and motivate students to memorize and understand daily prayers better. However, several challenges were found, such as limited technological facilities and the need for teacher training in utilizing digital media optimally. This study concludes that the integration of digital-based learning media has great potential to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at the elementary level if supported by adequate facilities and training.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a mobile web-based academic information system with an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) approach using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. A mobile web-based academic information system is an urgent need in the world of education to improve the efficiency of data management and academic services. With the EAP model, this study maps business, data, application, and technology needs to ensure the development of an integrated system that is oriented to organizational needs. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of this system. The results of the study indicate that the main strengths lie in the ease of accessibility and efficiency of data management, while weaknesses include limited human resources in understanding new technologies. Opportunities include the development of digital technology and the need for flexible academic services, while threats come from data security challenges and resistance to technological change. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of a more effective mobile web-based academic information system implementation strategy that is in accordance with the needs of educational organizations. This study also provides recommendations for management decision making to maximize the potential of the system by minimizing possible risks.

Islamic educational institutions have an important role in producing the next generation of the nation with Islamic character. The quality of education in Islamic educational institutions is highly dependent on the quality of its teachers. Therefore, the development of teacher human resources (HR) is very important. This study aims to describe the concept of teacher HR development management, the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in teacher HR development, and effective teacher HR development strategies and programs. The results of the study indicate that teacher HR development management in Islamic educational institutions must be carried out systematically, planned, and sustainably. The roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in teacher HR development must be clear and well-defined. Teacher HR development strategies and programs must be adjusted to the needs and conditions of Islamic educational institutions.

PENINGKATAN AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI MELALUI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH PENGGERAK PAUD NEGERI MELATI

Accountability in driving schools includes the ability to effectively account for educational performance to various stakeholders, from parents and students to the government and the wider community. Transparency, on the other hand, relates to the openness of information and decision-making processes in schools, which allows active participation and better understanding from all relevant parties. In this research, the aim is to explore challenges, opportunities, in an effort to increase accountability and transparency through educational management at the Melati State (PAUD) school. The type of research in this research is qualitative research, namely case description, collecting data by using observation techniques, interviews and direct practice. The research results show that Melati State PAUD schools face a number of challenges, including limited resources, a lack of understanding of the concepts of accountability and transparency, and a lack of adequate guidance and support. However, there are significant opportunities for improvement, such as increasing awareness and education, collaboration with stakeholders, use of information technology, and development of teaching staff skills. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of evaluation and continuous improvement in efforts to increase accountability and transparency in Melati State PAUD schools. Thus, appropriate strategic steps need to be taken to ensure that Melati State PAUD schools can make a significant contribution to the development of early childhood education as a whole.

PENGARUH MINAT GURU SEKOLAH SWASTA TERHADAP PROGRAM P3K (PEGAWAI PEMERINTAHAN DENGAN PERJANJIAN KERJA) DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN TEMPAT MEREKA BEKERJA

This research analyzes SMPIT Cahaya Robbani Kepahiang teacher's interest in the Government Employee with Work Agreement (P3K) program and its implications for this educational institution. The P3K program offers a more stable employment status and better welfare for honorary teachers, but this program does not cover private schools such as SMPIT Cahaya Robbani. However, this program still influences teacher interest in private schools, which can have an impact on staffing stability and the quality of education in these schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals and administrative staff. The research results show that teacher interest in the first aid program is low due to injustice in the implementation of the program which only applies in state schools. Teachers at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani show high job satisfaction, which is driven by achieving learning targets, paying attention to spiritual development, and building student character. Despite this, administrative challenges remain. Job security at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani is perceived to be quite safe with good cooperation and commitment to institutional development. Career development at this school is also seen as positive. Even though the P3K program exists, teachers at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani continue to survive thanks to effective management in maintaining educational orientation, unity, comfort and welfare of teachers, including through salary increases. From the principal's perspective, the P3K program is seen as positive in improving the welfare of honorary teachers, although there are concerns about the shift in teacher interest from private schools to P3K. The challenge of retaining quality teachers is faced with strategies to increase teacher welfare and commitment. The quality of education at SMPIT Cahaya Robbani is maintained through an efficient recruitment and replacement system and ongoing professional development programs. Overall, this research provides important insights for policy makers at the school and government level in designing policies that support teacher welfare and professionalism, while maintaining the stability and quality of education in private schools.

MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MTS HASANAH FATHIMIYAH

This study raises the management of student character education at Mts Hasanah Fathimiyah, by explaining the details of the problem in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation. The research method uses qualitative and literature studies through interviews, reading journals and other writings. The results of this study show that: (1) planning has been carried out by creating a character education program with all the resources and efforts made in various ways or learning methods;(2) the implementation is in accordance with the madrasah vision and mission in which the implementation of character education for Mts Hasanah Fathimiyah also organizes quality education and develops students' potential through extracurricular activities;(3) evaluate the management of student character education to carry out regular supervision, monitoring and evaluation and carry out analysis together to find solutions that will be applied to further character education. Supervision of the implementation of character education is carried out by teachers, school principals, school committees and supervising supervisors.

This study aims to determine the Learning Design Models. This study uses library research, also known as the library research method. The library study method is an approach in which the search for reference sources or data is carried out using written works as reference sources. The choice of this method in compiling the study is because the focus is not on statistical data or numbers, but rather is more oriented towards texts containing theories, concepts, or thoughts from various experts in the form of journals, books. Learning Design and learning models always change according to the times and changes in social transformation because time always moves forward. However, the nature and existence of learning cannot be separated from students, teachers and their context. In principle, learning is a process of interaction between students and teachers and the entire context of the existence and life of students and teachers. Learning is also a process that is directed so that learning outcomes can be achieved as well as a behavioral process obtained through various learning experiences. That is why it is important for a teacher to prepare everything related to the learning that will be carried out for students. The preparation starts from the Learning Plan or Design, Learning Models to Learning Evaluation. The substance of all of that is what and how to direct students in the learning and teaching process so that students will be active, enjoyable, and meaningful when learning. Thus, learning design models are important factors that must be identified, applied and developed in supporting a learning process.

This research looks at how the HR management process to improve the quality of education found in SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative research design. The results showed that the implementation of the human resource management process with the aim of improving the quality of education at SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency had been implemented well. In improving the quality of education in SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency, the role of human resource management is important because it is related to the learning process which includes planning, selection and recruitment, placement, development and career improvement, as well as supervision and evaluation of teaching and education personnel. Educators and education personnel in SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong Regency have a strategic role especially in the character building of students as the next generation of the nation through personality building and Islamic education principles. The findings of this study are expected to be the foundation in the implementation of human resource management for a better quality of education by minimizing gaps in material mastery, adjusting functions with abilities, and maintaining the quality of educators and education personnel.

This research aims to determine the effect of memorizing the Al-Qur'an carried out in a differentiated manner on the quality of graduates who are ready to serve. This type of research is literature study research. The conclusion of this research is that the results of the education carried out cannot be separated from the influence of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, which in fact these two things are not just references that aim to guide humans in religious matters, but furthermore as guidance and demands in all matters. aspects of life, it's just that the mindset and strategies that the Prophet applied at that time have experienced degradation in the education system implemented today.

STRATEGI MENGUATKAN KARAKTER SANTRI SMP QUR’AN DARUL MA’ARIF MELALUI PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA

This study aims to determine the strategies used by the teacher in implementing the Pancasila student profile in order to shape the character of students. This research was conducted at SMP Qur’an Darul Ma’arif. The type of research used is descriptive description, which describes the implementation of the Pancasila student profile and the strategies used by the teacher in making it happen. The subjects studied SMP Qur’an Darul Ma’arif. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview and Documentation. From the observations, the researchers found the strategies used by teachers in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile, including; differentiation learning, learning by project and habituation. From the results of research conducted by researchers, the teacher has implemented the strategy well. This is evidenced by the existence of data on the value of lessons and documentation of student activities. In the successful application of this strategy the teacher must be creative in designing learning. In addition to the role of the teacher, the family and social environment also play a role in shaping the character of students.

NALISIS KESALAHAN DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL CERITA MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS III MI

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still students who make mistakes in solving mathematical story problems so that this study aims to describe student mistakes in solving mathematical story problems in MI schools. Student mistakes in solving story problems lie in mistakes in changing the story problems into mathematical models. Students should be able to solve story problems by understanding mathematical concepts, interpreting the language in story problems into mathematical models, so that students are able to do mathematical calculations correctly. This research is included in the type of qualitative descriptive research that is analytical in nature of student mistakes in solving story problems in grade III MI Beraja Asri. The results of the study based on the analysis showed that the mistakes experienced were such as mistakes in understanding concepts, where students were not yet able to present data correctly. Mistakes in ordering numbers, marked by students not being able to order data from the smallest to the largest and errors in comparing data, marked by students not being able to compare data correctly. This shows that the factors that cause errors in solving mathematical story problems for grade III MI students are internal and external factors.

The type of research used in this study uses a qualitative approach with an interview research design produced with descriptive and analytical characteristics. This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic jurisprudence of worship and muamalah in addressing contemporary socio-economic issues in the Islamic world. Islamic jurisprudence of worship and muamalah are two important dimensions in Islamic teachings that each regulate the relationship between humans and Allah and with fellow humans. Both are deeply interrelated and inseparable, because both provide guidance for Muslims in living a life in accordance with sharia principles. This study found that the integration of Islamic jurisprudence of worship and muamalah can have a positive impact on the social and economic welfare of Muslims. One real example is the role of zakat in the redistribution of wealth, which can reduce social inequality and help alleviate poverty. In addition, the implementation of a sharia economic system based on the principles of justice, transparency, and sustainability can create a more inclusive and just economy. Although there are challenges in implementation, such as the lack of comprehensive understanding among the community regarding sharia economics, this study confirms that the integration of Islamic jurisprudence of worship and muamalah has great potential in building a more prosperous, just, and sustainable society. Therefore, more intensive education and socialization regarding the principles of Islamic economics are needed so that its implementation can be more effective in the daily lives of Muslims.
