The research method used was a qualitative approach, applying various data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. Findings from this study revealed that adequate financing enables Papan Raudhotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School to organize the diverse learning programs. This diversity includes various aspects of subjects, skills, and teaching methods. In this context, the diversity of learning programs not only creates an inclusive environment but also provides essential support for the holistic development of students in Papan Raudhotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School. This study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, focusing on the school principal. To collect data in this study used several techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hidayah Pusat Sadeng, financing planning was carried out through meetings with stakeholders to consider the availability of funds, facility evaluation results, and priority scales. The preparation of the RAPBM involved the identification of funding sources and financial evaluations to determine which facilities are most important. The determination of the budget for the development of facilities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hidayah Pusat Sadeng was done by detailing each item in the agreement between the foundation, school, and committee. Accountability for the development of facilities was carried out every month and every semester, with financial reports covering funds from SPP and BOS. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Research data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that transformational leadership has a significant influence on the development of school culture in elementary schools. Currently schools are still using a manual system which can slow down the development of the learning curriculum. Therefore the authors conducted research and developed a website-based information system using the waterfall method. The waterfall method used includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, program writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. In the needs analysis stage, the writer collects data through interviews with school managers and analyzes the problems that occur in data management. After that the authors design the system design and write programs based on the results of the analysis. After the program is written, testing is carried out to ensure the information system functions properly and there are no errors in data processing. After the testing process is complete, the information system is then implemented at SDN Mesuji Timur 23. The author also provides training to school managers so they can use the information system properly. It is hoped that the information system built can assist school administrators in managing teacher, student, and subject data effectively and efficiently. With a website-based information system, school managers can access data easily and quickly, and can perform data processing more accurately. In addition, school managers can monitor the development of the learning curriculum more effectively and can make the right decisions based on available data. With the information system built, it is hoped that SDN 23 Mesuji Timur can improve the quality of data management and accelerate the development of the learning curriculum. However, education is actually one of the institutions in which there are leaks of cases which cause a reduction in education budgets and funds, as well as increasing the cost burden that must be borne by the community and decreasing the quality of education. (Point Handayani, 2016). Therefore, improving the quality of education can be achieved through Good School Governance (Trismanto &amp; Yusak Lestari Diyono, 2014; Erstiawan, 2021). Good school governance will result in good management, so that the quality of output from students will also be good and increase the owner's trust in the agent (Erstiawan 2021). This research aims to reveal Good School Governance and agency theory at the Shafta Islamic School as one of the best Islamic schools in Surabaya so that it can be an example for other educational institutions. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. In this research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, namely based on observation and interviews with PAI subject teachers and IT junior high school students, so this research is very dependent on the author's role in the data collection and data interpretation process. The data obtained by the author is based on data from class VII PAI subject teachers, class VII students, and TU SMPIT Rabbani Muara Enim documents. The technique for collecting data sources in this research uses Snow Bolling Sampling. The data collection procedures used were observation, review and documentation study. In carrying out this data analysis, several methods are used, namely the induction method, deduction method and comparison method. School-Based Management (SBM) is a management approach that involves schools in making decisions related to the management of educational resources and activities, with the aim of improving the quality of education. In the context of MTs Bustanul Ulum OKU Timur, implementing SBM can be an effective strategy for developing students' interest in reading and learning. Developing Policies and Programs Schools need to establish policies that support literacy development, such as setting daily or weekly reading hours. Arranging programs such as mobile libraries, book clubs, or other literacy activities that encourage students to read regularly. Expand the collection of books that are interesting and suit students' interests, both fiction and non-fiction. Improve library facilities with comfortable reading areas and extend library operating hours so that students can more easily access books. Hold training for teachers on creative and fun teaching methods that can foster students' interest in reading and learning. Provide teachers with the opportunity to learn the latest learning methods that focus on increasing student literacy and learning motivation. Establish regular communication with parents about the importance of reading at home and provide suggestions for reading activities with the family. Building a digital library that students can access from home, making it easier to access a variety of reading sources. This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research were teachers at the Bandar Klippa Pusaka Private High School. This research took place for 1 day on Friday 22 March 2024. The results of data analysis were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) information technology is a combination of computer technology and communication technology. (2) Information and communication technology helps a lot with social and economic problems. (3) the use of information technology can have better performance implications for information systems. (4) Communication methods are used so that communication between people is established effectively. This means that with the help of good communication between people and parties directly involved in the organization and outside the organization, the organization will receive the information it needs. Developing good communication requires an active role from superiors and subordinates.
