Based on the theories of ICT literacy, critical thinking, self-efficacy and creativity, this research highlights the importance of teachers' skills in utilizing technology, analytical thinking and self-confidence to produce new ideas that can enrich the quality of learning. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 75 vocational school teachers who were selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with normality, homogeneity, linearity and hypothesis tests. The research results show that ICT literacy skills, critical thinking, and self-efficacy have a significant effect on teacher creativity. The majority of teachers are in the medium to high category on these three variables, which simultaneously supports increasing their creativity in designing and implementing innovative learning methods. This research recommends digital literacy training, developing critical thinking skills, and increasing self-efficacy to encourage teacher creativity in supporting educational innovation. This research&nbsp; focuses on motivation theory, especially reinforcement theory, which explains how the provision of point weight as a form of positive reinforcement can influence behavioral changes and improve student discipline. This research&nbsp; uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research&nbsp; population consisted of students in grades X, XI, and XII, with samples taken purposively from classes that implement the point weight system. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires that measured the level of student discipline before and after the application of the point weight system. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant increase in student discipline after the applying of the point weight system, which was reflected in a decrease in violations of school rules and an increase in student punctuality in participating in teaching and learning activities. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the applying of point weight is effective in improving student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kotaagung. Using a descriptive quantitative approach involving 60 teachers as respondents, the results of linear regression analysis show that pedagogical competence does not have a positive effect on the quality culture of education. However, achievement motivation has a positive effect, with a contribution of 8.2%. Together, these factors do not significantly influence the quality culture of education, contributing a total of 8.9%. Based on the analysis of various related studies, it was found that the accreditation process serves as the main driver for higher education to make improvements in various aspects, including curriculum development, improving the quality of lecturers, and strengthening institutional management. During the preparation for accreditation, many higher education institutions revised their curriculum to better suit the needs of industry and scientific developments, as well as improve the quality of teaching and supporting facilities. Accreditation evaluation also provides higher education institutions with a clear measuring tool to identify strengths and weaknesses, and ensure continuous improvement in the education system. These findings indicate that accreditation is not only a formal evaluation tool, but also a driver to achieve higher quality standards. In the digital transformation era, digital literacy is an essential competency for teachers to create interactive and relevant learning experiences for 21st-century needs. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 289 teachers selected through cluster random sampling. The findings reveal that motivation significantly influences teachers’ digital literacy skills, contributing 27.7%. Similarly, organizational culture has a significant impact, contributing 29.7%. Together, motivation and organizational culture account for 69.9% of the variance in teachers' digital literacy skills. The study underscores the importance of synergy between individual motivation and organizational cultural support in enhancing teachers' digital competencies. These results provide a basis for more effective policymaking to improve education quality in the digital age. The background of this research highlights the importance of visionary leadership in addressing educational challenges in rural schools in the modern era. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collection techniques including observations, interviews, documentation, and document analysis. The research involved the principal, teachers, students, and administrative staff as subjects. The results indicate that visionary leadership significantly impacts teacher motivation, resource management, and parent-community involvement in school activities. The study concludes that visionary leadership can be an effective strategy for improving educational quality through a clear vision, innovation in learning processes, and efficient management. Generation Alpha, born in the digital era, requires an educational approach that is adaptive and relevant to the demands of the times. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, students, and educational staff.The results of the study show that the flexibility of the Merdeka Curriculum provides opportunities for educators to design more personalized and project-based learning, tailored to the needs of students. This approach has proven effective in enhancing students' creativity, critical thinking skills, and collaboration abilities. Moreover, the implementation of this curriculum also supports the development of positive character traits such as responsibility, independence, and adaptability.However, there are challenges to be addressed, including the readiness of educators to understand and implement the curriculum, as well as the limitations of supporting facilities. Based on the theory of formative assessment, obstacles in implementing formative assessment, and solutions to obstacles in implementing formative assessment, this research highlights the obstacles in implementing formative assessment and solutions to overcome them. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Research data collection uses observation sheets, documentation and interview guidelines. The subject of this research is SMP Negeri 2 Wonosobo in Tanggamus district. The data analysis technique uses interpretation of interview results. The research results showed that there were several obstacles found during the implementation of formative assessment. These obstacles include constraints related to resources such as limited technology and internet access to assessment tools, then constraints related to competency such as limited understanding of formative assessment. There are several factors that cause obstacles in formative assessment, such as not all teachers understanding the concept of formative assessment in depth, high workload, large number of students and administrative demands which often make it difficult for teachers to prepare and carry out formative assessments routinely. This study aims to identify the branding strategies applied by MIN 4 Bandar Lampung, analyze promotional efforts and service quality improvements, and assess their impact on public perception. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The results show that MIN 4 Bandar Lampung has strengthened its institutional identity through consistent use of logos, slogans, and Islamic-based school culture. The school actively utilizes social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to showcase student activities and academic achievements. Human resource quality is improved through regular teacher training and the digitalization of school facilities. Furthermore, strategic partnerships have been established with government agencies and local media to support the school's development and promotion. These strategies have proven effective in building community trust and attracting new students.
