MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 4 KARAWANG

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 4 Karawang. In this research, the researcher used a type of qualitative research using a library approach, namely by examining various sources from books, scientific journals as well as scientific articles taken from internet sites. Research data was collected by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 4 Karawang is quite good, so that maintenance is carried out in the school environment such as on the field and school gazebo. Apart from that, the implementation of facilities and infrastructure is realized in accordance with the minimum provisions and requirements for school facilities and infrastructure as determined by the standards for facilities and infrastructure, and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of activities, the implementation of ongoing activities, and the end of activities are also carried out. and at the end of each school year a joint evaluation is carried out to serve as a benchmark for compiling and planning the following year's work program so that it is better than the previous year.
