Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent to which schools implement of multicultural education management in Annihayah Rawamerta Islamic Boarding School Karawang. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used is through interviews and observation. The results of the analysis were obtained, that in Annihayah Rawamerta Islamic Boarding School Karawang is very concerned about multicultural education, because of the large number of students and teachers who come from different ethnic backgrounds, races, cultures and customs. Thus, the creation of diversity that forms multicultural in it. The Islamic boarding school, responding to this, by formulating functions in education management, which are then implemented to multicultural education. This is a distinctive feature that distinguishes the Annihayah Rawamerta Karawang Islamic boarding school, with Islamic boarding schools that develop in the Karawang Regency area in particular.
