PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI ALAT KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DI SMA SWASTA PUSTAKA BANDAR KLIPPA

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ease of using information technology in an organization at the Pusaka Bandar Klippa Private High School. This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research were teachers at the Bandar Klippa Pusaka Private High School. This research took place for 1 day on Friday 22 March 2024. The results of data analysis were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) information technology is a combination of computer technology and communication technology. (2) Information and communication technology helps a lot with social and economic problems. (3) the use of information technology can have better performance implications for information systems. (4) Communication methods are used so that communication between people is established effectively. This means that with the help of good communication between people and parties directly involved in the organization and outside the organization, the organization will receive the information it needs. Developing good communication requires an active role from superiors and subordinates. Based on the data that has been obtained, there are additional findings, namely that the teacher we interviewed was the principal of Bandar Klippa Private High School, namely Mr. Muhammad Fahri Husaini S.Pd.
