Abstract
Using a descriptive qualitative research design, this study aims to identify the role of HR management in improving the quality of Islamic education at SDUA Taman Harapan Curup. The data analysis method was conducted by organizing, categorizing, and analyzing data to identify and make conclusions. The results showed that SDUA Taman Harapan Curup has improved the quality of Islamic education by implementing HR management well. For more than ten years, SDUA Taman Harapan Curup has been an Islamic education center for basic education and Islamic culture formation. It has played an important role in the growth of the Muslim community, especially in Curup Rejang Lebong. An important part of Islamic education management at SDUA Taman Harapan Curup is human resource management as it relates to various aspects of the education process, such as recruitment, selection, training, development, and evaluation of teaching and education personnel. To achieve its goals, human resource management at SDUA Taman Harapan Curup is responsible for administrative, operational, and strategic matters. As educational human resources, teachers and teaching staff at SDUA Taman Harapan Curup have a strategic role, especially in the process of character building of students as the new generation of the nation's successor through character building and Islamic education principles. This research is expected to be a foundation for using human resource management to improve Islamic education standards in a better, more efficient way, and more in line with the needs of Islamic school institutions in the future.
