Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and describe the implementation of educational financial management in building facilities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hidayah Pusat Sadeng. This study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, focusing on the school principal. To collect data in this study used several techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hidayah Pusat Sadeng, financing planning was carried out through meetings with stakeholders to consider the availability of funds, facility evaluation results, and priority scales. The preparation of the RAPBM involved the identification of funding sources and financial evaluations to determine which facilities are most important. The determination of the budget for the development of facilities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Hidayah Pusat Sadeng was done by detailing each item in the agreement between the foundation, school, and committee. Accountability for the development of facilities was carried out every month and every semester, with financial reports covering funds from SPP and BOS. Financial reports were submitted to relevant parties, such as the Department of Education and the Regional Financial Administration Board, following the principles of accountability.
