MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MTS HASANAH FATHIMIYAH

Abstract
This study raises the management of student character education at Mts Hasanah Fathimiyah, by explaining the details of the problem in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation. The research method uses qualitative and literature studies through interviews, reading journals and other writings. The results of this study show that: (1) planning has been carried out by creating a character education program with all the resources and efforts made in various ways or learning methods;(2) the implementation is in accordance with the madrasah vision and mission in which the implementation of character education for Mts Hasanah Fathimiyah also organizes quality education and develops students' potential through extracurricular activities;(3) evaluate the management of student character education to carry out regular supervision, monitoring and evaluation and carry out analysis together to find solutions that will be applied to further character education. Supervision of the implementation of character education is carried out by teachers, school principals, school committees and supervising supervisors.
