MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA RIYADHUS SHOLIHIN SEBAGAI PUSAT SUMBER BELAJAR

Abstract

Effective library management is reflected in the planning, organization and implementation. Currently, there are still many problems regarding library management in schools and madrasah. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to explain the categories applied in library management and the efforts made to overcome the obstacles encountered in managing the library as an information center at MAS Riyadhus Sholihin Megang. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research is MAS Riyadhus Sholihin Megang. Based on the results of research conducted at the MAS Riyadhus Sholihin Megang Library, it is concluded that the application of library management functions in managing library materials in the MAS Riyadhus Sholihin Megang Library is not good. Not good at using library functions. Library management in the MAS Riyadhus Sholihin Megang library still has many mistakes and actions that can be taken include communicating with madrasah leaders and providing suggestions, collaborating with other institutions, attending library officer training and holding meetings with library staff.
