IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KELAS BERBASIS MUTU DALAM PENGELOLAAN KELAS IQRA’ DI BAITUL QUR’AN AN-NASR LAMPUNG TENGAH

Abstract
The importance of class management in implementing learning refers to the quality that will be produced in non-formal education, especially in the Iqra' class program at Raudhatul Ta'limil Qur'an (RTQ) Baitul Qur'an An-Nasr Lampung Tengah. The implementation of class management is needed to improve quality and provide effective and efficient services in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of quality-based class management in managing Iqra' classes which has an impact on learning outcomes. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through direct interviews and observations with administrators, teaching staff and students. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of quality-based class management provides an increase in the Iqra' learning process, although in this case there are still several obstacles in its implementation, such as the unstructured learning model that will be provided and facilities and infrastructure that have not all been met. The formation of a curriculum structure in Iqra' learning is one solution in realizing Iqra' classes to be more effective and efficient and making learning models more innovative with the integration of developments in the era 5.0. It is hoped that the implementation of this class management can continue to be evaluated in non-formal educational institutions so that the Iqra' learning that is carried out is in accordance with the established quality standards.
