Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ICT literacy skills, critical thinking, and self-efficacy on teacher creativity in Pringsewu District Vocational Schools, as well as how the combination of these three variables can increase innovation in the learning process. Based on the theories of ICT literacy, critical thinking, self-efficacy and creativity, this research highlights the importance of teachers' skills in utilizing technology, analytical thinking and self-confidence to produce new ideas that can enrich the quality of learning. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 75 vocational school teachers who were selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with normality, homogeneity, linearity and hypothesis tests. The research results show that ICT literacy skills, critical thinking, and self-efficacy have a significant effect on teacher creativity. The majority of teachers are in the medium to high category on these three variables, which simultaneously supports increasing their creativity in designing and implementing innovative learning methods. This research recommends digital literacy training, developing critical thinking skills, and increasing self-efficacy to encourage teacher creativity in supporting educational innovation. This research contributes to understanding the relationship between these three factors and teacher creativity, which is still minimally explained in the Indonesian education context.
