Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on the digital literacy skills of elementary school teachers in Talangpadang District. In the digital transformation era, digital literacy is an essential competency for teachers to create interactive and relevant learning experiences for 21st-century needs. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 289 teachers selected through cluster random sampling. The findings reveal that motivation significantly influences teachers’ digital literacy skills, contributing 27.7%. Similarly, organizational culture has a significant impact, contributing 29.7%. Together, motivation and organizational culture account for 69.9% of the variance in teachers' digital literacy skills. The study underscores the importance of synergy between individual motivation and organizational cultural support in enhancing teachers' digital competencies. These results provide a basis for more effective policymaking to improve education quality in the digital age. The study recommends fostering an innovative organizational culture and boosting teacher motivation through recognition, training, and adequate technological infrastructure support.
