Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as teachers' pedagogical competencies, on the quality of graduates. Educational facilities and infrastructure that align with the Regulation of the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology No. 22 of 2023, along with strong pedagogical competencies, will enhance graduate quality. Drawing from theories on educational facilities, teachers' pedagogical competencies, and graduate quality standards, these factors are shown to impact the quality of graduates, ultimately improving students' affective, cognitive, and psychomotor abilities. This study uses a quantitative research method with a probability sampling technique, specifically proportionate stratified random sampling, to measure the effect of educational facilities and teachers' pedagogical competencies on graduate quality. Data is collected from respondents through questionnaires. The application of appropriate educational facilities and teachers' pedagogical competencies enhances the quality of graduates, which in turn improves the overall quality of students. Educational institutions are encouraged to improve their facilities and infrastructure and enhance teachers' pedagogical competencies to raise graduate quality within their institutions. This research contributes to identifying the influence of educational facilities and teachers' pedagogical competencies on graduate quality at SMPN 1 Kotaagung Barat. The current educational facilities and teacher competencies in Kotaagung Barat do not yet meet the established standards.
